Please note: Due to recent changes to the Fair Work Act, employers are not able to roster employees on a Public Holiday without gaining their approval. As such, when I post the Redgum roster, it will be considered as being in draft form for a one week period; if you have been allocated to work on a Public Holiday, you will have one week to refuse that shift. You need to send me an email stating that, within one week of the roster being published; after that time, I will assume you do intend to work the Public Holiday and will update the roster as a final version.
